I’m Dr. Tamara McDonald, and I founded this practice with a passion for empowering women to prioritize their mental health and well-being. At Mind and Body Medicine, I believe in a holistic approach that goes beyond symptom management to address the root causes of mental health issues, particularly in the realm of women's mental health. 

What sets me apart is my dedication to integrative psychiatry, a comprehensive approach that combines traditional psychiatric care with alternative and complementary modalities. I understand that women face unique challenges when it comes to mental health, from hormonal fluctuations to societal pressures, and I tailor my treatment plans to meet these specific needs.
