Hello, I am Dr. Tamara McDonald and I help men and women struggling with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and PTSD/trauma to feel empowered, regain confidence, and achieve emotional wellness.
I also specialize in mental healthcare for women who experience hormone fluctuations throughout the menstrual and reproductive years, perimenopause, and menopause. I work with each patient to develop a caring and personalized treatment plan.
I practice integrative psychiatry. This combines medication management, lifestyle/ behavior coaching, plant-based and herbal supplements, nutritional counseling, motivational interviewing, and psychotherapy where needed.
