Menopause Care

Menopause and Mental Health Symptoms

75 minutes | Cost: $395

  • Focus: Complete, whole-person care during the menopausal transition. This service addresses hormone stabilization and physical symptoms—such as hot flashes, night sweats, and Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM)—alongside co-occurring mood conditions, including anxiety, insomnia, and depression.


  • Care Includes: A comprehensive assessment with a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) to create a fully personalized treatment plan, which may include:
  • Bioidentical Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) and non-hormone treatment options
  • Evaluation and management of mental health medications
  • Analysis of hormone and laboratory tests with clinical recommendations
  • Tailored supplement recommendations and lifestyle optimization


  • Who Should Book: Women navigating the menopausal transition who are seeking evidence-based relief for physical symptoms, co-occurring mood shifts, or overlapping mental health concerns.

Mental Health Care

Integrative Psychiatry

Whether medication is the right tool or you want a holistic approach, we ensure it's managed with a woman-first perspective. This service is designed for women aged 18 to 60 and addresses conditions like anxiety, depression, insomnia, PMDD, PMOS, and PTSD/trauma. We maintain a sharp focus on how factors unique to women's health, including the menstrual cycle and reproductive years, impact your response to treatment.


  • Focus: Comprehensive mental health evaluation and medication management for men or women at any stage of life (not specific to menopause).


  • Care Includes: A deep-dive assessment of mental, physical, and hormonal health history to develop a personalized treatment plan which may include mental health medication management, analysis of lab tests and recommendations, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle optimization.


  • Who Should Book: Women or men seeking help for anxiety, depression, insomnia, trauma, PMDD, PCOS, or general psychiatric medication management.

Total Weight Loss Care

Metabolic, Hormonal, & Mental Health Care

90 minutes | Cost: $595

  • Focus:  An immersive deep-dive designed to bridge the gap between your metabolic health, hormonal balance, and mental well-being.


  • Care Includes: A full check-up of your unique metabolism, hormones, and mental health with a personalized plan to reach your goals. Treatment plans may include a comprehensive lab interpretation, medication management, heart health support, sleep optimization, supplement recommendations, and brain-based habit support.
  • Medication management may include: GLP-1s, bioidentical hormones (MHT), and/or mental health medications.


  • Who Should Book: Women or men seeking a root-cause approach to weight, mood, and hormonal health who want a high-support partnership for care that evolves with you.

Established Patients

We go beyond the surface to address the root cause of your concerns. Following your initial visit, we meet monthly until your treatment plan is stable, then transition to quarterly check-ins to help you reach your goals.

Comprehensive Follow-Up

45 minutes | Cost: $275

This session is focused on you, your progress, and adjusting your treatment plan accordingly.

  • Ongoing Integrative Management: Time to discuss not just medication, but also updates on lifestyle, supplements, nutrition, and holistic strategies.
  • Minor Adjustments: Medication adjustments, supplement review, and behavioral support.
  • Discussion of Lab Results: Reviewing lab testing results with integration into a personalized treatment plan.

Focused Follow-Up

25 minutes | Cost: $225

This session is here for when you need an extra touch of support between Comprehensive Follow-Up visits and includes:

  • Medication changes and Monitoring: A quick check-in to ensure stability, monitor for side effects, and renew prescriptions.
  • Quick Updates: Discussion of minor, non-complex issues that have arisen between visits.

Support & Administrative Fees

We understand that some appointments require a deeper dive, and comprehensive care often requires coordination outside of your scheduled visit. To accommodate this, we offer flexible time blocks and transparent rates for specialized administrative work.

Extended Appointment Time

15 minute increments | Cost: $75

  • Focus: Additional time added to any established follow-up appointment.


  • Care Includes: In-depth or complex discussions that extend beyond the session time.

Administrative Time & Care Coordination

10 minute increments | Cost: $75

  • Focus: Specialized, non-clinical time spent on care management outside of scheduled visits to ensure you receive seamless, integrated care.


  • Care Includes:
  • Prior Authorizations: Time spent securing approval for specialty medications.
  • Care Collaboration: Coordination calls or communication with your external providers, such as counselors, PCPs, OB/GYNs, and other specialists, to ensure your treatment plan is fully integrated.
  • Time spent preparing medical records to transfer between providers.


Add-On Testing & Diagnostics

Cost: Third-party lab fees vary by insurance coverage; discounted, cash-pay pricing is available.

  • Focus: Specialized diagnostic tools to further understand your body and monitor progress.
  • Add-On Testing:
  • General Testing: Metabolic and hormonal panels.
  • Advanced Diagnostics: Gut health, SIBO testing, Celiac screening, pharmacogenomic testing, and screening for select inherited conditions.
  • Sleep Apnea Testing: Specialized home-based screening for sleep-disordered breathing.


*Prescriptions for all services are provided based on clinical necessity and lab results. The cost of medication and/or lab testing is not included in the consultation fee.
