Appointment Fees

Menopause Care (60 min)

Cost: $345

Focus

Hormone stabilization and physical symptoms only during the menopause transition. Ideal for women whose primary need is managing physical symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM). This service does NOT include mental health evaluation or management of mood disorders.


Care Includes

Evidence-Informed MHT, Non-Hormone options, GSM Treatment, and care led by a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).


Who Should Book

Women seeking only MHT or non-hormone replacement options for physical symptoms.

Note: 

If your symptoms include evaluation or management of bothersome anxiety, depression, or insomnia, please book the Menopause & Mental Health Service ($395) to ensure sufficient time for a thorough, integrated evaluation.

Menopause & Mental Health Services (75 min)

Cost: $395

Focus

Integrated care during the menopause transition with co-occurring mood conditions. This option is required if you are seeking MHT but also need evaluation and treatment for overlapping mental health concerns (e.g. bothersome anxiety, insomnia, depression, etc).


Care Includes

The full scope of Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) plus a Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation for mood stabilization and integration with your treatment plan.

Women interested in MHT with simultaneous assessment and management of mental health symptoms.

Mental Health Services

(75 min)

Cost: $395

When medication is the right tool, we ensure it's managed with a woman-first perspective. Our services are designed for women aged 18 to 60 and address conditions like anxiety, depression, insomnia, PMDD, and PTSD/trauma. We maintain a sharp focus on how factors unique to women's health—including the menstrual cycle, reproductive years, and hormonal transitions—impact your response to treatment.


Our approach stands apart by offering:

  • Hormone-Informed Prescribing: Consideration of your unique hormonal landscape (from young womanhood through menopause) to maximize efficacy and minimize side effects.
  • Comprehensive Care: Integration of medication with lifestyle and complementary strategies, ensuring your plan supports the whole person, not just the symptoms.
  • Diagnostic Clarity: Precise diagnostic evaluation to ensure individualized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs.

Comprehensive Follow-Up

(45 min)

Cost: $275

This is the standard and most frequently used follow-up session, designed for patients who require:

  • Ongoing Integrative Management: Time to discuss not just medication, but also updates on lifestyle, supplements, nutrition, and holistic strategies.
  • Minor Adjustments: Medication adjustments, supplement review, and behavioral coaching.
  • Discussion of Lab Results: Reviewing lab testing results with integration into a personalized treatment plan.

Focused Follow-Up (25 min)

Cost: $225

This session is primarily reserved for patients who are stable on a successful treatment plan and require:

  • Medication Refill and Monitoring: A simple check-in to ensure stability, monitor for side effects, and renew prescriptions.
  • Quick Updates: Discussion of minor, non-complex issues that have arisen since the last visit.
  • Established Patients Only: This option is available only after an initial period of stabilization.

Flexible Time & Administrative Fees

We understand that some appointments require a deeper dive, and comprehensive care often requires coordination outside of your scheduled visit. To accommodate this, we offer flexible time blocks and transparent rates for specialized administrative work.

Extended Time Add-Ons

(15 min increment)

Cost: $75

For established follow-up appointments, you may require more time than the standard 25 or 45 minutes. We offer the flexibility to add time in 15-minute increments for complex or in-depth discussions.

Administrative & Care Coordination Time

(10 min increment)

Cost: $75

Your treatment extends beyond the scheduled visit. This fee covers specialized, non-clinical time spent ensuring you receive seamless, integrated care.

  • What this includes:
  • Prior Authorizations: Time spent securing approval for specialty medications.
  • Care Collaboration: Coordination calls or communication with your external providers, such as counselors, PCPs, OB/GYNs, and other specialists, to ensure your treatment plan is fully integrated.
  • Time spent preparing medical records to transfer between providers.
  • Phone calls or complex clinical questions answered over email, occurring between visits.
